Every reading from Elira Véspera comes with a 365-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your reading for any reason, contact us within 365 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

1. What's covered

Our guarantee covers all products and add-ons:

• Secret Revelation — Digital Reading ($44)
• Deep Reading upgrade (+$14.99)
• Express delivery — 4 hours (+$5.99)
• Priority delivery — 1 hour (+$9.99)

If you purchased any add-ons alongside your reading, those are included in the refund.

2. How to request a refund

Send an email to support@psychiceliravespera.com with:

• Your name (the one used at checkout)
• The email address you used for the purchase
• A brief note that you'd like a refund (no explanation required)

We respond personally to every refund request within 24 hours, every day of the week.

3. Refund processing time

• Approval: within 1 business day of your request
• Back on your statement: 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer

Refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

4. What you can keep

If your reading has already been delivered, you may keep it. We don't ask you to delete or return anything. The reading is yours regardless.

5. Concerns about a charge?

If you see a charge you don't recognize, please email us before filing a dispute with your bank. We resolve these quickly and a direct refund is faster for you than a bank dispute process. We're real people — we're here to help.
